  • No motorcycles and no accident vehicles.

  • Please inform us if the vehicle is modified (lowered, wide wheels, body kits, etc.).

  • Additional fees may apply for locked wheels, no brakes, no steering, difficult access, or extra labour.

 

CLIENT POLICY

  1. No Accident Vehicles: We do not recover or transport vehicles that have been in a crash.

  2. Vehicle Modifications: Inform us if the car is modified in any way.

  3. Vehicle Condition: Report any mechanical issues (stuck gearbox, dead battery, locked wheels, no brakes/steering).

  4. if the vehicle is modified in any way and is unable to load and you have not told us charges will apply .

  5. Liability: REDDICAP MOTORS is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures caused by vehicle condition, or personal belongings left in the vehicle.

  6. Payment is due upon completion of service.
